Use this page to report suspected intellectual-property infringement, illegal content, or content that may violate our Terms or content Standards. “Standards” means content rules set out in our Terms or otherwise published by ShortDramaNow. Submit a written complaint by email to shasapelino@gmail.com.
1. Intellectual-property infringement statement and DMCA notice
ShortDramaNow accepts notices concerning infringement of intellectual-property rights under applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice and Takedown Policy. Send notices to shasapelino@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright complaint.” Please include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the exact URL or enough information to locate the allegedly infringing material; (4) your name and contact details, including mailing address, telephone number, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or law; and (6) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them. A DMCA counter-notice may be sent to the same email and should include your physical or electronic signature, identify the removed material and its former location, state under penalty of perjury that you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email, and include the required jurisdiction and service-of-process statements. A counter-notice may be shared with the original complainant as permitted by law.
2. Submit a content complaint
Email shasapelino@gmail.com with the subject “Content complaint.” Include the content URL or title and episode, the reason for your report, relevant dates or timestamps, and any supporting details. You may report illegal content, suspected infringement of intellectual-property rights, or content that may otherwise violate our Terms or content Standards. You may submit a report for yourself or on behalf of another person; explain your authority where relevant. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. Complaint Handling Process
We will acknowledge receipt where a reply address is available, assess whether the report identifies the content and issue clearly, and may contact you for information needed to investigate. Our review may consider the content itself, the context and location reported, supporting material, applicable law, and our Terms and content Standards. We will review and resolve every complaint within five (5) business days after receipt. Depending on the findings, we may take no action, request more information, remove or disable access to content, restrict its availability, add an age or territory restriction, issue a warning, or suspend or terminate an account or content source. We will email the complainant with the outcome and any action taken, subject to legal, privacy, and security limits; where appropriate, we will also notify the affected account holder or content provider.
4. Requests and appeals by people depicted in content
Any person depicted in a video or other content may email shasapelino@gmail.com with the subject “Depicted person removal request” to ask us to remove or restrict that content. Include the content URL or title and episode, explain how you are depicted and why you are requesting removal, and provide a safe way to contact you. We may request information reasonably needed to verify the request and assess the content. We will review and resolve the request within five (5) business days and notify you of the result by email where possible. If we decline the request or take an action you dispute, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing the same address with the subject “Content decision appeal.” A different reviewer will reconsider the material and grounds where practicable, and we will notify you of the appeal outcome by email.
5. Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and consistent with applicable law, we may suspend or terminate accounts or content sources that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
