Terms of service
Effective date: October 8, 2026. These Terms govern your use of ShortDramaNow.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using ShortDramaNow, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your location. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and verification
You are responsible for the email address, verification code, device access, and activity associated with your account. Keep verification codes private and notify us promptly at shasapelino@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, the operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to view content through the service for non-commercial use. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, or interfere with the service or its content.
4. Content availability
Titles, episodes, subtitles, audio tracks, and availability may change by territory, licensing rights, device, or time. We may modify, remove, or restrict content where reasonably necessary for legal, licensing, technical, or business reasons.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Before payment, the service will show the selected product, price, currency, duration, and renewal terms. Paid access begins only after the applicable payment provider confirms the transaction. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled; you can cancel renewal from your profile, and access remains available through the paid period shown there.
6. Refunds and cancellations
To request a refund, email shasapelino@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and include the payment date, amount, transaction or PayPal order ID, and reason for the request. We will review the request and reply by email with our decision and, if approved, initiate the refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. We may refund duplicate or unauthorised charges, payments where access was not provided, or other cases required by applicable law. For UK consumers, statutory cancellation rights apply where available, including the 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that cancellation right is lost only where you expressly consented to supply beginning during the cancellation period and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. Nothing in this policy limits your rights concerning faulty digital content or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Cancelling renewal stops future charges but does not by itself refund a completed payment.
7. Intellectual property and complaints
The service, its branding, software, artwork, and audiovisual content are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owners. Reports of suspected intellectual-property infringement, illegal content, or content that violates our Standards are handled under the Complaint Handling Process on our DMCA page. Any person depicted in a video or other content may ask us to remove it and may appeal a decision on that request.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, security risk, misuse, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; account-deletion requests can be sent to shasapelino@gmail.com.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ShortDramaNow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (UK).
